The Twig razor is the reimagined safety razor, with a fixed head and a single-edge blade.
This razor is designed to be easy for beginners to use, while giving a smooth comfortable shave. The uniquely small razor head means that The Twig razor can easily fit in small areas, anywhere on your body.
Unlike a traditional double-edge safety razor, The Twig razor's single edge means a live blade isn't hanging out the backside, this results in safer shaving of concave and tight areas. The ergonomic handle is back-weighted allowing for a more controlled stroke when shaving.
Each razor ships with 5 single-edge blades.
First, practice without a blade, getting a feel for the weight and balance of the razor. When shaving, hold The Twig at a 30 degree angle to the skin, this keeps the blade engaged and shaving. Use short, light strokes. Do not apply excess pressure, let the weight of the razor do the work. Rinse the razor well inside and out after each use. Store the razor in a dry place to maximize the life of blades. Recommend monthly cleaning for the razor: take a soft-bristle toothbrush and scrub the head of the razor with dish-soap.
