Shampoo: In the shower, wet hair and hands. Scoop a large dime-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm for medium length hair (1/3 your normal dose). Rub with wet hands to activate and lather up in very wet hair, building a creamy lather. Rinse well.
Deep Conditioner: Scoop a large dime-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm for medium length hair (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands and then spread evenly through very wet hair, working from ends upwards. Rinse well. For a deep conditioning treatment, leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing.
Body Wash: Scoop a large dime-sized amount of the concentrate onto palm (1/3 your normal dose). Rub over wet hands to activate and scrub-a-dub, working into skin for 30 seconds for maximum conditioning. Rinse well.
