This advanced formula also features Riboflavin (30 mg Riboflavin 5’-Phosphate - vitamin B2), 15 mg of vitamin B6, and 1000 mcg of vitamin B12 methylcobalamin per serving. These vitamins B2, B6, and B12 offer a comprehensive B vitamin combination.

These methylated vitamins harmoniously combine 600 mg of betaine (trimethylglycine TMG) with Vitamins B6 and B12 in their superior phosphorylated forms.

Each bottle of Codeage Methylfolate B complex+ supplement offers 60 servings for a 2-month supply of methyl folate vitamins.

Adults take 2 capsules daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
